International Shipping

As we ship directly from supplier to your door, most international addresses are available – if you have any questions regarding international orders please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We are not responsible for any customs or import tax surcharges which may be imposed on large international orders.

Shipping Times

As rule of thumb, please allow 12-30 business days for goods shipped.
Orders shipped during Christmas season may also involve further delays.

Shipping times vary between items depending on which supplier they are shipping from – often times items will arrive separately when an order contains products from different categories. For example, an order consisting of 2 slow-jigs and a pack of worm hooks will likely arrive as separate orders.

Once an order has been placed, we will give you an email confirming the order details, followed by another email containing tracking information once the order has shipped.

Please also be aware that goods can sometimes be delayed at customs or courier services – while we do our best to ensure orders arrive in a timely fashion, sometimes long delays may occur. 

Missing Goods

Sometimes items shipped can take longer than expected to arrive due to customs or supplier stock issues – please check the provided tracking number for more details.

In the case that it has been over 60 days and the item still hasn’t arrived, let us know and we will issue a full refund. As our way of apology, if the order eventually arrives after the 60 day period, you will also be entitled to keep both the refund and products.

For orders shipped during Christmas season (1st of December to 1st of January), please allow a delivery window of 40 days due to shipping congestion around the holiday season.


Please be aware that there may be slight differences to the products pictured. These differences should be very small and the overall product will be of equal or better quality than what has been advertised.

If you feel a product has been misrepresented, please contact us so we can assess the case and do our best to make amends.

Order Cancellations

Once the order is being processed you will receive a confirmation email – if you wish to cancel the order at this point, you will need to contact us as soon as possible before it has shipped.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a product. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to provide a refund if the product has not yet been processed through our logistics system. Depending on the order size we also reserve the right to deduct a 15% administration/restocking fee from the refund.

Order Modifications

You do not need to contact us to add items to an order that’s directly shipped – simply create a new order as the shipping is free!

Please review all items in your cart carefully before placing the order.

Faulty Goods

If any items received are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will either refund, replace or repair the product on a case by case basis.

Depending on the item we will likely require photos of the fault to be sent to us. In special cases we may require the product itself to be shipped to us.

We will cover return shipping costs in all cases where a product is legitimately faulty.
