Our return process

1 - Contact us via the returns form, or directly at support@fishingtackledirect.co.nz describing the issue. Please attach clear photos or videos as required. 

2 - We will review the case and either proceed to the next step, or in rare cases we may require the product to be shipped to us for further inspection**.

3 - A prompt refund, replacement or repair of the product will be arranged at our discretion.

**We will cover all return shipping costs in cases where the fault or mistake is found to be legitimate. A returns form (found HERE) will be required to be packed with returns which are handled via phone, for record-keeping.
